You urinate into a cup, the device measures urine flow and urine volume, analyses key biomarkers in the urine and provides you with a clear, comprehensible evaluation via an app. Discreet, medically sound and developed by experienced urologists in Germany.
How Streamcheck works in everyday life
The application is deliberately designed to feel like a normal visit to the toilet: you place the special Streamcheck cup in the device, urinate in it - the integrated measuring system automatically records your urine flow and volume.
At the same time, the test fields for relevant biomarkers are activated in the cup. After a short time, the device transfers the data to the app, analyses everything and shows you in a clear display what your urological situation looks like.
Clearly understandable results without medical jargon: You receive a structured interpretation and information on when everything is in the green zone and when you should seek medical advice.
What the device measures - more than just a urine test
Streamcheck combines two worlds:
Uroflowmetry at home: The device measures how quickly and how much urine you pass per visit to the toilet (urine flow rate, uroflow curve, volume, duration). Changes can indicate an enlarged prostate, a narrowed urethra or bladder emptying disorders.
Analysis of biomarkers in urine: Integrated test strips record pH value, nitrite, leucocytes, blood, glucose and protein - values that can indicate inflammation, urinary tract infections, kidney involvement or metabolic disorders.
The app processes all the information using intelligent algorithms, recognises patterns across multiple measurements and makes slow changes visible that you don't even notice yet.

Ich kann bestätigen dass die Biomarker funktionieren, da einer davon bei mir ausgelöst hat. Mein Hausarzt konnte das bestätigen.
Die Flussrate muss man vermutlich auf längerer Zeit beobachten. Ist jetzt am Anfang noch ziemlich stabil.
Die Software könnte noch etwas verbessert werden, da man jedes mal immer wieder die komplette Anleitung durchlaufen muss.
Man muss am Anfang auch ein Formular ausfüllen, dass etwas besser formuliert werden könnte. Ist etwas irritierend.

Das Messgerät ist ordentlich verpackt, leicht und gut verarbeitet. In den Beuteln mit den Bechern sind zusätzlich noch eine Art Feuchttücher. Da wusste ich zunächst nicht, was ich damit anfangen soll. Ansonsten ist in der App alles gut beschrieben. Nur über die Gesundheit meiner Prostata weiß ich auch nach der zweiten Messung noch nichts. Die Parameter wie Glukose etc. sind dafür auf den ersten Blick ersichtlich! Ich bleibe dran!

Nur vier Sterne weil es noch ein paar Kinderkrankheiten gibt beispielsweise dauert die Bereitschaft zur Messung manchmal drei, vier, fünf Minuten...
Wenn alles klappt, aussagekräftige Ergebnisse, gut aufbereitet.

I was enthusiastic about the idea of regular health checks at home and received the Streamcheck as part of the "Dein Ding. Your check." campaign. After the intuitive set-up in the app and the first checks, I am still positively enthusiastic.
The measurements are clearly explained and the biomarkers give you a basic overview of thehe results.
I also think the option of generating a specialist report with an evaluation for the doctor is great.
I'm looking forward to the upcoming measurements and will stay tuned to the topic thanks to the simple application at home.

What distinguishes Streamcheck from conventional test strips?
